“A girl should be two things…Classy and Fabulous.” [Coco Chanel]
John and Nadia Albright had a clear and certain vision for a French-Inspired Crêperie on Long Beach Island. They met in the British Virgin Islands, married on Josiah’s Bay beach and made a home for their family on the island of Tortola. John who is originally from Pennsylvania, grew up spending summers at the family home on LBI. John is a chef, trained in the art and craft of French cooking at Johnson and Wales University, who spent some time apprenticing in a restaurant kitchen with Jacques Pépin. Nadia is originally from Paris but has lived twenty five years between Martinique in the West Indies, London and Tortola. The couple have been spending their family summers on LBI for twelve years prior to relocating permanently.
Offering what Nadia calls “grandmother style comfort food in a kitchen away from home setting”,
John and Nadia use the freshest ingredients, simply and artfully prepared, with great attention to the pleasure of lively conversation, the center of the customer experience, sharing amazing crêpes with a simple flare, by the sea!
